• Nightly: $110 USD + tax for first two persons - add $20 for extra person
• Weekly: $693 USD + tax (3 weeks maximum, $99 night for 7 nights)
• Monthly: $2,494.80 USD + tax ($89.10 night for 28 nights)
• JULY, AUGUST, 15th DEC. - FEB. 29th RATES:  $120 per night + tax
• Housekeeping included for 4 night stays or longer
• $100 addt'l housekeeping fee for stays less than 4 nights
• Additional state taxes are 13.41%
• 50% deposit to reserve, the other 50% due 30 days prior to check-in
• 45+ day cancellation: will refund 100% of deposit
• Under 45 day cancellation: will refund deposit ONLY if the studio can be re-booked
