- Weekly: $665 USD + tax (3 weeks maximum, $95 night for 7 nights)
- Monthly: $2,700 USD + tax ($90 night for 30 nights)
- JULY, AUGUST, DECEMBER AND JANUARY RATES: $105 per night + tax
- Housekeeping included for 4 night stays or longer
- $75 addt'l housekeeping fee for stays less than 4 nights
- Additional state taxes are 11.25%
- 50% deposit to reserve, the other 50% due 30 days prior to check-in
- 45+ day cancellation: will refund 100% of deposit
- Under 45 day cancellation: will refund deposit ONLY if the studio can be re-booked
